While at STUDIOS Architecture in San Francisco, Brad worked on the design and coordination of Foundry Square, four buildings from Master Plan through Construction Documents for 1.1 million square feet of new office space at First and Howard Streets in San Francisco, CA with a focus on the design and development of the systems and details for the exterior skin. Also Brad worked as the Project Designer on 3Com Santa Clara Expansion Phase 3B, in Santa Clara, CA. The project included the final building in a campus, a 280,000 square foot office building and 1000 car parking garage. After completing 25% Construction Documents the project was put on hold. Prior to Phase 3B, Brad completed work on 3Com Santa Clara Phase 3 from Schematic design through construction. His responsibilities included the design of Building 2's shell and T.I., coordination and execution of drawings as well as construction administration of the entire 423,000 square foot design build campus.
