The project contains five townhouses with underground parking, designed to embrace the views of the Cascade Mountains and downtown Seattle to the east and western views towards the Olympic Peninsula and Puget Sound. Each dwelling unit is three stories; the three eastern units are accessed from a central courtyard above the underground parking with the western units set at street level. This sectional relationship enables all the units to have views so as to take advantage of the ground level changes in the neighborhood. Four of the units are designed as lofts with the master suite open to the floor below, creating connections within the project with open vertical space between the floors. The fifth unit opens completely at the third floor to the view to west.
