The project consists of six buildings around a common shared-use pervious green alley space. There are three unit types, expressed in the rhythmic approach to the building exteriors and site planning. The green alley at the project's center will be used for gathering as well as slow vehicular access. Trees will be planted along the edge of this outdoor space and within it to minimize the presence of the automobile and create places for informal meetings. All fourteen small homes have small decks that connect to living spaces that open onto the common court. Inside the units are one and a half and two story volumes, expressed in exterior volumes. All roofs are sloped down to the south to allow for solar photovoltaics to provide electricity for the homes. Home sizes range from 1030 to 1230 square feet of living space with a total project area of 18,200 square feet.
