b9 architects' work focuses on creating positive change in the urban environment through innovative place-specific modern architecture. Supporting sustainable, transit oriented, walkable communities, b9's completed works include urban single- and multi-family housing projects, live-work dwellings and commercial interiors.  b9 architects also develops its own multifamily infill projects in Seattle.  Multiple projects have preserved quality existing housing stock while providing additional density in the form of micro-comuunities.

Located in Seattle's historic Pioneer Square neighborhood, b9 displays the work of local artists and is part of the First Thursday gallery walk.
